Pre Order disclaimer

If you place an order that contains a Pre-Order item, your order will not ship until all items are available. In other words, we’ll send everything in only one shipment, even if other items are currently available. If you need the other items sooner you should buy them in a separate order from your pre-order/backordered item.

You can cancel your order as long as your order items have not been marked dispatch, 10% restocking fee applies to cover the payment gateway surcharge.

Pre-Order can be cancelled but won’t get full refund. Deposit (if exists) will be forfeited, or 10% full amount(if no deposit option) restocking fee applies.

Processing Time

Please be aware that normally the order with stock on hand will be processed in 1-2 days. The express Auspost service only accounts since the order is dispatched.
